Introducing Chef Tom…

Tallow is the brain child of Tom Garrett, a creative Brightonian chef pushing the boundaries of finish at home meal kits.

He is passionate about working with regional farmers promoting sustainability and animal welfare whilst benefiting the environment through responsible regenerative farming. The importance of where food comes from and how its farmed is at the core of Tallow, it all starts with great produce. Fantastic food from outstanding ingredients for you to enjoy. 

With a wealth of experience and fistfuls of passion, Tom is very excited to bring you finish at home meals that will give you restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own home. A local concept brought to you by a local chef using local food.

  • Ingredients and allergens can be found on the menu for that available month. Due to limitations unfortunately menus cannot be adapted to any dietary or allergen requirements and come as seen.

    Food is prepared in a kitchen containing all 14 allergens and cannot be guaranteed free from for medical allergies.

  • Each menu is carefully put together to give you quality and ease. Dishes are pre-prepared and ready to be easily re-heated and enjoyed at home with minimum effort. Average cooking time per menu is only 20 minutes, so just enough time to enjoy the snack with a drink. And there is hardly any washing up!

  • Tallow will be delivering to the BN1, BN2 and BN3 areas of Brighton and Hove. Delivery options are Friday and Saturday between 3pm - 6pm.

  • When you order your box you will be informed that delivery is between 3pm - 6pm. If you are not home when your box is delivered it will be left on your door step as safe as possible. Your box will be delivered chilled but it is advisable to refrigerate the contents as soon as possible. Tallow does not take any responsibility to boxes which are left unattended.
